Hi Melinda,
I will try my best to give out the cakes orderly so that everybody gets a fare share.

Aunty, this looks delicious. Will you be posting this recipe? I would love to try this for my mother-in-law.
Thanks in advance
Hi Auntie Yochana
I read in some books that tofu used in cheesecake must be drained for at least a few hours before usage. Do you do the same as well?
Cheers
Olivia

Hi Olivia,
I drained it over a sieve for awhile only, not much water unless I press it or squeeze it with a muslin cloth.
