ooo this looks fascinating. So, did you use tofu and eliminate the need for cream cheese completely? Or did you still ise cream cheese in the recipe?

Hi Auntie Yochana

I read in some books that tofu used in cheesecake must be drained for at least a few hours before usage. Do you do the same as well?

Hi Olivia,

I drained it over a sieve for awhile only, not much water unless I press it or squeeze it with a muslin cloth.
