Hi aunty,

How do you make the agar agar egg yolk which is so round? Do you have a special mould for this..
If so, where do you get it from?
Thanks.

Dear Yochana,

Those jelly mooncakes which makes look so attractive and I am sure it taste the same too.

I have been trying to make jelly mooncake but most of the time, it is either hard or soft especially the skin part. Today, I have just tasted a pumpkin jelly mooncake which I purchase from one of the shops and I was surprise that the texture of the skin was as "soft" as the baked mooncake.

Maybe perhaps, you could share with me your jelly mooncake recipes.

Thank you.

Hi Alison,

you can buy the round ice-cube mould to do it.
