Dear Aunty,

Is it ok if I bake instead of fry?

In case of frying, is it crispy in the next days and how to store it?

Thanks so much for your valuable recipe and advices. I have tried lots of your recipes already and most of them are yummy.

Hi Seko & amp

yes you can bake it , cool it and keep it in the fridge. before eating, reheat it in the oven for 5 to 10 mins till crispy..

Hi Aunty,

I tried the spiral moonies making today with durian lotus paste from KCT.

Turned out decent. Mom was full of praises for the attempt too.

Thank you for the encouragement as always.

And have a Sweet Mid Autumn Festival too !!!!

cheers

How did you get the pastry so perfect? It really does look good enough to eat ;) [I suppose that's its purpose, after all!]
