can i seek ure opinion, do u think using tangzhong starter for breads is better than just the normal way? i wan to know if its worth e extra effort to bake bread using this method.

How's the texture of this tangzhong coffee bun compared to your direct method coffee bun? Which is softer?I've tried both methods but hope to achieve softer texture.Can share this recipe?
