We call this delectable treat in Filipino siopao. You break all the grounds. First time I have seen sweet (lotus paste) and salty (salted eggs) as a filling. It is usually sweetened meat with sliced of salted eggs. You are like a fashion designer that starts the trend!

Hi Ube, just in case you're not aware, the sweet lotus paste and salted egg combination is the traditional filling for Chinese mooncakes. Aunty Yochana made as pau instead.
