Is this from the KL shop or its the Zhong Yong premix ?
i tried making this using the sesame glutinous bread mix from Seoul mart, Singapore that a friend got for me-inside was a lil chewy but the outside was very hard.Could it be because i sprayed too much water? (first time after 5 mins, then bake another 5 mins, spray, then for 10 mins, spray then bake for the final 10 mins.i had baked on multi-cooking mode(maybe i should just use baking mode?) n for my oven, i usually bake 20 degrees lower than stated on recipes.I had baked at 150C.my oven is Indesit.I have 1 pkt left to try so would appreciate your advice. Yours rise up so much n look really 'fluffy' inside. Tks much auntie.
