Hi Yochana,

I tried traditional mooncakes but my pastry turned out to soft. How do measure the syrup, see liquid mesure? After baked all out of shape. Thanks

Hi Aunty yo,

can i use the same pastry i made for traditional mooncake to make these piglets? the kids prefer the piglets without any paste, so i decided to make some. Is the baking technique similar to traditional mooncake if i dont have any paste? Such that i only need 10mins to bake at 175 deg, egg glaze, and then another 10 mins?

Aunty Yochana said...

Hi Trish.

yes you can use the traditional mooncake skin to make piggy.
