Actually if you put in an effort, it's not difficult at all. Try some baking and you'll be amazed..

hi dtwhale,

the black things are "Blackcurrants". I mixed fried glutinous rice flour with the fresh coconut, melon seeds, mandarin orange peel, etc

wow~~ that sounds yummy.....any chance to post the recipe of this coconut filling?

hi dtwhale,

just fry your grated coconut with some gula melaka and white sugar then add in 1 tbsp. of plain flour and when it's cooled, round into small balls and wrap it up with pandan lotus paste.
