Hi Aunty, I have been wanting to make my very first mooncake myself (to impress my parents). I realise that you dont post your recipes on your blog anymore. Would you be willing to email me your recipe? Its anna_chieng@yahoo.com.

Thanks

Hi Aunty,
How's the taste of the mooncake? WOW!! Lotus paste and coconut are my fav! I absolutely love this combo :). Did you roll the coconut into a ball then wrap with lotus paste then wrap with the mooncake dough?

Hi Natalie,

If you're like one of my staff, Rajeswari, who loves grated coconut fried with gula melaka , you'll love this. She ate the whole mooncake on the spot although she's always watching her weight.
