Coffee! I love anything that has coffee in them. :)

And I am always amazed that you are able to make so many things in 1 day. I tried a chiffon cake and cookie today and that's it - call it a day. :)

Keep it up Aunty Yo, love reading your blog. :)

Hi Yochana,

Why my cupcakes always shrink when place on the rack after taken out from oven. It raised like your when almost ready. Thanks

Aunty Yochana said...

Hi anonymous,

Take the muffins immediately from the muffin pan to prevent shrinkage. The heat at the side will cause it to shrink.

Hi Yochana,

Thanks for your reply, I did not use the muffin pan. Did you add double acting baking powder or bicarbonate of soda?

Hi Aunty, do you think I can omit the coffee paste and use more coffee powder instead?

Also is the texture of this cupcake dense or light?

Anonymous said...

hello aunty

what is coffee paste?

cheers
joyce

Aunty Yochana said...

hi joyce,

coffee paste is just a thick paste of coffee essence. You can make your own by mixing nescafe with hot water.
