I just bought the premix from Seoul Mart. We just follow the instruction then bake. How much chocolae did you add to your previous Chocolate mochi bread? Please teach me how to use the premix, thanks.
It all depends...if I use the premix from seoul mart, then I will follow the instructions from the box. Florence's mochi bread flour is different froim Seoul Mart. Her's is more chewy and soft... I must say that Florence's mochi bread taste better than Seoul Mart.
I must say thanks for your quick reply. The instructions on the box from Seoul Mart are all in Korean. Do we need do let it rest & for how long? After baked if left overnight will the bread be hard or soft? Will it be flatten?
The instructions on the box from Seoul Mart are all in Korean & the saleslady cannot speak English. Can you teach me the steps? Put one egg & milk or water then stir then add the flour? Do we need to rest the dough? Thanks.

Hi Yochana,
ReplyDeleteWhat is Matcha? When cool or overnight will the bread turn hard?
anonymous
Hi, Matcha is green tea. When cool, it is chewy. I prefer to eat it soft. So when it's overnight, I microwave for 15 secs.
