HI NinA,

It's very simple. Slice the top off then cut into 2 and stick them together with any frosting or buttercream.

There's a lot of Passion Fruit filling selling in OZ. You're very lucky.

hi aunty, what if we use the pulp of the fruit itself instead of passion fruit filing? I love the aroma of the fruit...

Hi Yuri,

this recipe is using fresh passion fruit. Scoop out and then drain it. Use the juice. I added in the seeds to enhance the look but it's quite irritating when you have to spit it out everytime you eat the cake.
