This is NORDICWARE BUNDT pan. I bought it from Chong trading in Singapore. You can try all your bakeshop in Melbourne. Like House, Wheel and Barrow, Kitchenware, Chief of Knives, many many many more or you can order online (internet).
hi aunty d heart cake so beautiful. im trying to look for it here in kl, hope to find it. i made the Chocolate Lembab cake last Sunday n everyone said it tasted so delicious . your recipes are so wonderful . thank u so much..diana

Hi, Aunty Would you mind to share the recipe. It's really fantastic!!
May i ask you a question regarding of your mango swiss roll. Is it necessary to grease/line the tin and i'm using 9" x 13" x 1" tin. I have actually failed twice..the very first tried - unable to roll as it cracked (but taste very nice) and the second attempt top is quite ok but the bottom seems like a layer of rubber =(
Really miss your posting for the past few days. =)
You definitely need to line the tray. Looks like you overmix the batter leaving a nonya kueh look. Fold lightly taking extra care not to deflate the air.
Beautiful cake, as usual :-) Can you share how you managed to turn the cake out so beautifully? Did you grease and flour or just grease or did you use some special product? Thank you so much in advance.
Grease the tin heavily with shortening then dust some flour into the mould. Remember to knock out the excess flour to prevent lumps of flour look on the cake.
