don't overbake it...Just bake 3/4 cooked will do. Wait for awhile to cool slightly and slice it when it's still hot but not too hot till your hands can't stand the temperature. If you slice it when it's totally cooled, then it will break easily and you find it hard to slice. Hope this helps..

I can't seem to cut it as nice as yours, it breaks easily, and sometimes the nuts drop out as well. Any tips ? Thanks
