Saffron & Orange Cupcakes

Raji got me some saffron couple of months back but I wasn't able to use it till last night when I whipped up some saffron cupcakes with lots and lots of nutty ground almonds. The saffron was fabulous when I infused it into the orange juice and after a few seconds, the colour was absolutely yellowish orange. I made some cupcakes for my staff "Hnin" who turned 36th today. It was a surprise for her and as we lighted the candle and sang her a sweet birthday song, she really felt touched and here's wishing her : HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND MAY ALL YOUR WISH COME TRUE....I saw her making a wish and wondered what she wished for.
