Is this Japanses Sushi Roll from the Alex Goh's Fruity ... Book? I tink i saw it today when i was browsing at the bookstore...

I was thinking of getting this book but still hesitating... Mmmm

yes, it's from Alex Goh's Fruity cakes. don't hestitate it's a Good book to buy tho...

Hi carpe diem,

The outer layer is the seaweed skin then a very thin layer of egg omelette and the thick part is the swiss roll and the middle part are the veg and crab stick.
