Half and Half Cream is a mixture of cream and whole milk and contains 10 ½ - 12% butterfat. You can make your own half and half milk by mixing (1/2 cream and 1/2 milk).

Yes I used an ice-cream maker. If you don't have an ice-cream maker, you can whisk it then freeze the ice-cream.
