hi prettysue,

if i'm not mistaken u can mix 1cup of milk with 1tbsp of white vinegar.

Hi Yoke,

I think your milk with vinegar will turn into yoghurt.

If you can't find buttermilk, you can subsitute with this:

2/3 cup Plain yoghurt with
1/3 cup of plain milk.

Hi Aunty,

I got the red wine cranberry paste from Kwong Cheong Thye. So how do I make the red snowskin? Can I use the rainbow soda recipe and replace half of the soda with red wine? Thanks.
