Lovely bakes. Yummy.... The century egg agar-agar looks like the real one.
I did not use any special mould. I just knock a hole on top of an egg and pour out the eggs. Wash and air the egg shell till dry. If you are referring to the egg yolk, I used an ice cube tray. If you don't have an ice cube tray, use melon scoop or ice cream scoop to scoop into rounds.
