Hi Aunty Yochana,
I'm amazed by how evenly you slice your cakes horizontally each time. Do you use any gadget or you use free hands to slice them?
I tried baking a cake for my hubby once and I failed horribly at the slicing and frosting. Since then, I sticked to the simple cupcakes and tuna bread for my 'baking endeavour'.
Hope to attend more of your lessons soon!
