Hello Aunty! :)

I've been following your blog pretty closely and it's really awesome! Your bakings are incredible and I hope to be as good as you one fine day! :D

By the way, I would like to bake a coffee swiss roll for my friend but my rectangular tray is about 8" by 10". Is it possible to bake still? How should I edit the ingredients and will it affect the difficulty of making the cake?

Love,
Sue

Hi sue

yes 10" x 8" is possible. either you cut down a little on the recipe of take off some to prevent the sponge cake from being too thick.

Hello Aunty,

Saw your posted chestnut cake recipe.Do we have to whip the whipping cream first before stirring in the chesnut puree for the filling as well as for creaming the whole cake? Thank you for your advise.

Evelyn.

Thanks aunty for the reply!

How much do I have to cut down until to make the perfect thickness and how long should I bake it at? (At the same temp?)

Hi Evelyn

Yes you have to whip up the whip cream first before folding into the chestnut puree.
