Thank you for your buttercreme recipe. It rocks!

Ho do I get such brillant colors. I use Wilton gel colors.... put a lot still so faint color. Please give share your expertise.

2ndly once I made your buttercreme and ended u having sugar crystals in it. What could have happened?
I followed recipe and boil it till thick and flowy????
Puzzled!
