Dear Aunty Yochana, I am getting crazy about your cakes more and more. Really GREAT !!! I wrote to you March 24th but understand much better now, when I checked your blog more deeply, how busy you must be. So briefly, share please the tip how to assemble yin yang cakes (I suppose you assemble as a dough). I also will be grateful for recipe for Korean Rice Dates Cake posted in August 2008. And how you make a strawberry sponge cake? Just add a strawberry paste? Can I replace it with a strawberry powder? It is hard to find many of your ingredients here in Korea. I though I could share with you excellent Polish poppy seed cake which I didn't see on your site but unfortunately I realised from your site poppy seed is prohibited in Singapore. I should be wiser, it is impossible you don't know this kind of cake. I also realise many steamed cakes. Have no experience with them. What the basic rules about this kind of baking? Can I use the pot for cooking on steam? Put batter to tin and place onto pot? Cover or not? At the end I put a link to one of the pictures of my cakes (upload to Internet specially for you). The design is nothing compare to yours but the recipe is my own. Have a great time. With regards, Beata
