hi, it looks fantastic, i have tried several recipe for barguette, but non of them was well fermented like your, can you give me the recipe of this one? And when i make barguette, the outside usually quite tough! is it because i use 1/2 whole wheat?? thanks a lot!!

will the bread turn hard when cold or remains soft?how is the crust?crispy or hard?thks.
