Vanilla Cupcakes

These are for 3 Bestfriends gathering..SP, DAN AND LOGA...it's not V3 but <3, I did the alteration there. HAVE FUN you guys..

Hi Aunty Yochana

is that marshmallow fondant that you used to deco the cupcakes? Can it be prepared the day before and kept in the fridge for use the following day?

Please advise the portion of making rock sugar ginger steamed egg pudding i.e 50gm of egg mixture to 75gm of liquid is correct.

yes it's marshmallow fondant...it will turn wet if you keep it in the fridge because of condensation.

Hi Yochana,

Can I make the cup cakes with the deco one or two days before my niece's birthday function? Can I deco them with icing sugar or butter cream if I don't have fondant or paste? Pls. advise.

Butter cream can last very long in the fridge but I don't know about your cupcakes.

Ya normally the water will be more than the egg. Add in some evaporated milk .
