Hi Aunty,
I am really very curious. What type of tin did you use to lift out the cake so perfect? when I make cheesecake i got to cut the cake out from the tin I use as I could not lift the cake out of the tin so never can I make a birthday cake for my love one.
Aidan just licked my computer screen but i snatched it back because i want that pandan glow chiffon cake! hahaha. Hope ur trip was good. I'm going to Perth in May too! =)

Hi, may I know where you get the plastic thing to wrap around the cakes?
I always wondered... Everytime I go to a japanese cafe they wrap their cakes like that. How do they do that? and where do you get those wraps?
