Auntie, this is really nice, the slightly sour taste of the passion fruit is an excellent balance to the cheese cake!

Dearest Aunty Yochana,
I'm so glad that I had attended your macarons class. My son was so happy when he saw the box of colourful macarons. His favourite - hazalnut ones.

I used the almond tartlettes recipe to bake the tarts yesterday and filled them with orange-flavour ganache and top with berries.

Thank you for the wonderful high-tea spread too.

P/S: Please conduct lessons on cake decorating!
