Passionfruit Cheesecake

Dearest Aunty Yochana, I'm so glad that I had attended your macarons class. My son was so happy when he saw the box of colourful macarons. His favourite - hazalnut ones.
I used the almond tartlettes recipe to bake the tarts yesterday and filled them with orange-flavour ganache and top with berries.
You forgo your hi-tea just to help me make those macarons...ah..thank you dear.
Your son very clever. Woah..you're pretty fast. I can see that your passion for baking is there so that is how u created another flavour using my almond tart recipe. Thumbs up Wendy...
