The cake looks yummy. Would like to know what inside. One of the layers looks like peach mousse to me, or is it whipped cream, but I can't figure out the topping.

yes it's peach mousse. Topping is nuts giocondo with apricot glaze.

May I know what is the difference between Baking powder and baking soda?
If I want to buy them in the shop are they called "bicarbonate of soda" or baking powder?
