Such a lovely cake!! I'm a big fan of your blog, I visited your blog almost everyday and I admired your skills and talent.

I have a question regarding whip topping cream and I appreciate if you could help me.

Is whip topping cream the same as whipping cream? I live in Australia, I can only find thickened cream in our supermarket. I found it a bit too soft for cake decoration. Please advise which type of fresh cream can be used for cake decoration?

Hi Aunt Yo,

May I check with you, how to beat the Non Dairy cream to be stiff in order to hold the pipping sharp.

Cause my cream will melt and cannot pipe out nice pattern on the cake.
