Aunty Lucy, can i ask you why there are brown and orange kaya too? I love the orange ones but i dont know what's the difference between the green and the orange one. =)

Orange kaya...they used orange sugar to cook it. The one for Putu mayam.

Do you have to put the kaya in the fridge once it has cooled down? If not, how long will it keep at room temperature?

Can i ask your recipe state that(use pyrex measuring cup to measure) Cam i use weight scale to weight the eggs?
