    If its ok with you, do you mind sharing the recipe with me? I tried making these muffins before using some online recipes but they were a dismal failure- too sour, and the texture of the muffins were too dense and wet for my liking. let me know if its ok, then i'll email you to request for the recipe.     I think it's because of the buttermilk that makes the muffin dense. I don't find this very light too. Might not suit your taste tho.
