  14. Hi Jeera,

    Agar agar is very easy, put water, agar agar powder and sugar in a pot to boil till agar agar and sugar is dissolved. Add in pandan leaves.

    You search and see which is easy for you.

    One stupid question. to make agar agar jelly do i need a special mould .If so what kind & shape of mould should i buy.I'm new to this technique. please reply for my query .I'm from USA.

    actually for jelly , you can use any mould you like. Just it in and u will get the shape exactly like the mould u used.
