Yum.. two of my favorite nuts.. this cake must be very aromatic....

Aunty, I'm using a recipe that calls for hoen kwe flour which I can't find here, can I substitute with cornstarch instead? and do I use the same amount ?

It depends on what you are making. Sometimes it can be substitute with tapioca flour or potato starch flour.

cornflour is better cos tapioca flour might make it chewy.
