Hi Aunty, A belated Happy New Year to you. I would like to try your Butter Cream recipe posted in your blog. Wanna confirm the type of sugar used in your recipe. Is it icing sugar or castor sugar? Please advice. Thank you.
Just wanted to check with you if the M&M choc melts or "colour spread" when baked in the oven? It looks very colourful and pretty for a cookie. Thank you and regards, Chris
Hi aunty, These cookies looks so cute and colourful. But i hate to bale cookies with m&m on top cos they always crack. Wonder how to prevent them from cracking.... any idea? regards - mima

Hi Jenna,
It's a meringue method, so whether it's coarse or fine , it doesn't matter.
