I tasted Mont Blanc before and it's really delicious. Something different from those nuts and fruits cakes. The pastry shop I got it from used the famous French Clément Faugier Marron Glacé Puree as filling and topping. Really made my day!

ReplyDeleteit's really a lot of work there.
I have to bake the tart with cream almond then top up with chantilly cream and baked crisp meringue then the chestnut puree mixture.
