Hey aunty, may i know what kind of colouring you use for the macarons? I have liquid colouring but i heard it would spoil the meringue, what type of colouring do you recommend i use? thanks!
Can share your receipe for the macarons pls.. btw how long can egg white be keep in the freeze? Going to try the lapis later heehee.. Had tried the walnut cake last week.. taste great.. thanks..

egg yolks cannot keep and cannot be frozen. They cannot be exposed to air cos they will form a skin on top.
