Hi aunty yochana,
I tried making this today, i realised that there is no sugar nor egg...and when i tasted it when done, the texture is okay but it doesnt have much taste nor is it sweet...can u pls advise is this is how it is supposed to taste like?
Can we add sugar to it and how much?
Thanks,
Gina
Hi Gina,
There is no sugar nor egg in this recipe. You can add in sugar to suit your taste. It's supposed to be slightly sweet with a cripsy texture.

hi aunty
wishing you a happy lunar new year.
what is golden churn butter? is it normal butter?

thanks..

Hi joyce,
Golden churn is the brand of the butter like SCS or Lurpak.
Golden churn comes in block or canned formed.
