Hi Auntie Yochana,

Such fluffy panetonne!!! With regards to the baking cup you used, is greasing or flouring necessary?

Thanks.

Hi Aunty,
Your panetone looks so soft.Did you make them muffin size?Very pretty.
Aunty,i am planning on making pineapple for Christmas and love the lattice design on your Malacca style tarts(pictured below).May I ask how you did the lattice design, did you pipe them on?
Thanks and keep up the good work

dear auntie,

i have been hunting for a pannetone recipe for so long and yours look so good! i also have problems looking for big baking cups for pannetone. Where can you get them in Singapore so i can ask my friends to get for me? Better still, where can i get them in Malaysia? I really hope you will share the recipe with me so i can bake this for Christmas. I have written in a no of times requesting recipes but have not received any to date.I see requests from others too so i do not give up asking! Know you are very busy and am already very grateful for your daily update of recipes which i refer to without fail. Hope i will hear from you. Wishing you a blessed Christmas and New Year. hi minibaker,

Panettone recipe is from Alex Goh's Bread book.

Try Bake with yen for muffin cups.

Hi,
I don't have Alex Goh's Bread Book. By the way, is the dough same as sweet bun dough?
