aunty, are you using a special mould for making this pattern or you manually inprint the pattern on top? For kuih bangkit, is it best to dry fry the flour few days ahead before making it? Any difference if i don't? Thanks

Hi adeline,

I used a pincer to do the pattern manually. better to dry fry the flour ahead to get a melt-in the mouth effect.
