Hi Shaila,

Slice the strawberries into half then stir with some sugar and let it sit until sugar melts. it will certainly sweeten your strawberries.

Wow aunty...you never fail to amaze me...you are totally awesome!!!
It's my wish that some day i may have the honour of meeting such an awesome person/baker like yourself.

In M'sia where can we get the rolled fondant, aunty?....and you just cut and stick it onto your cupcakes is it?..do they come in various colours or do we need to colour them?
One more thing...how does it taste compared to normal cream icing?

Thanx a zillion aunty!!

Hi Lim Kitchen,

Only children will love fondants. Most ppl will take off the fondants before sinking their teeth into the cupcakes.

hello aunty,

how did you make the fondants so shiny?

Anonymous said...

to prevent fondant from sticking while rolling do we sprinkle corn flour or icing sugar to prevent it from sticking? i referred to different books and they all had different method. Thanks..
