Is Apom same as Wan Kuo Kueh?

Hi LiYing,

Wa kok kueh uses fermented rice and ricde flour but this apam uses yeast, plain flour and a little rice flour. Wa Kok Kueh is softer.

is this appam is indian version?bcoz in my plcae we used to make appam but not with yam.
