Aunty Yochana,

Do you make agar agar cake? My daughter's birthday is coming. Her school prefers that parents bring non-milk cake based cake to school for celebration.( all due to the tainted milk scare).

I can only think of Agar Agar cake, Soy-bean cake or something else that use very minimum milk. Please advise and help.
if you know of anyone who is doing as such, please advise me.
Thanks
Pamela

Hi,

I'm impressed by your baking skills. Will you post the recipe online or do I need to sign up for a class to learn how to make this cake?
