Assorted Mini Snow Skin Mooncakes

Mango / Baileys / Peppermint / Pandan
fillings: Pandan lotus paste / pandan mango & pine nuts / custard

Wow! Aunty, lovely mooncakes!
My neighbour gave me a box of snow skin mooncakes from her hotel employer. The skin of these moonies taste chewy and super soft, even after a few days. Do you have any idea how this was done or what has been added to make it so chewy? I did mine, but the skin is never this texture. hmm....

Just add some soft flour into your dough.

I will give a class on this super soft snow skin mooncakes next year.

Oh great Aunty! Pls pls can I sign up for your class on mooncakes making? I wanna improve on my skills as I'm not satisfied with my mooncakes. Or do you post your class schedule somewhere so I can keep a look out for it?

Yesterday's hi-tea inclusive of these snow skin mooncakes and the mini dodol durian mooncakes...

Not so soon lah..I think everybody is jelak on the mooncakes already. So got to wait for next year liao.
