A very good morning to you, Aunty Yochana! Your Fatt Koh are always smiling, looking at them brightens the day.
Need a little advise from you. The last time I made Fatt Koh, I also noticed the little specks of orangy colouring on the Kohs. Do you know what causes it?

my orange specks is because i did not mash my orange sweet potato too fine.
