Your breads always look very delicious. May I know the method base on your bread recipes:
1. When making bread dough in a mixer, do you mean using egg beater with attached hook?
2. As the stated proofing time, is it be done outside at room temperature or in a breadmaker?

Hi cheery,

For making bread, you need a heavy duty mixer like Spar mixer.

Yes, use a dough hook.

Proving time is done outside at room temperature.

I don't have a breadmaker, can I use the normal cake mixer attach the dough hook or use hand to knead?
How long should I knead?

Knead until the dough is smooth and shiny. At least 15 mins.
