Hahaha BK,

yes I wrapped some diced cheddar cheese inside. This time I'm smarter, I grabbed 1/2 a dozen of it and bring it to office.

hi helen,

the fridge that the bakery used are made specially for keeping cakes. It will be kept at a certain temperature which kept the cakes cool but not cold till it hardens.

Hi Yochana,

I bought 1 kg of mochi bread flour from Zhong Yong this afternoon. You use cake mixer or hand to mix the flour? Can we keep for 1 or 2 days? Will they flatten after cooled, I tried the flour from Seoul Mart flatten when cooled.
thanks

Hi anonymous,

I used a mixer to mix it and it will flatten a little at the base when cooled but it's the norm for mochi bread.
