Wa Kok Kway

Hi Yochana, Indeed this is "Wa Kok Kway"!!! nowaday you can hardly find people selling these at hawker centre or the market place.
These wa kok kway is using cooked rice to ferment with chew piah (wine yeast). Then you have to ferment it for 48 hours before you can start mixing with rice flour and sugar syrup and then ferment again for 12 hours before you can steam them.
