Hi aunty... I saw a couple other recipe using plain flour or corn flour... how does that affect the texture? Which flour will give a chewy texture pls.
Thank you for taking time. Nice Day!

HI Sulin,

I don't like using plain flour or cornflour. Glutinous rice flour is a must for this sweet potato balls. It has a nice chewy feeling.

Hi Aunty Yochana,

For the sweet potato, do you mean the orange skin and flesh or the purple skin and white flesh? I really miss this sweet potato balls :) thanks for sharing the recipe. Is it ok to put the coconut as filling instead of mixing them together?

Aunty Yochana said...

Hi Jane,

Any sweet potato can be used but purple colour could be ugly.
